They stand more on the side of buyers then they do on business owners. However, NO MATTER what the seller guarantees, a digital product seller is legally able to keep all monies earned through sale of a digital product via <a href="http://PayPal.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="PayPal.com">PayPal.com</a> without fear of losing his PayPal business account. This is even when for example, a software does NOT work. So beware!
