Great infor there - t he refund rate is a good consideration! However, NO MATTER what the seller guarantees, a digital product seller is legally able to keep all monies earned through sale of a digital product via PayPal.com without fear of losing his PayPal business account. This is even when for example, a software does NOT work. So beware! (PayPal should really re-review its terms and conditions to better protect online buyers!)

Hi Kelly, actually Paypal does protect it's buyers pretty well. They stand more on the side of buyers then they do on business owners. All a person has to do is to file a complaint and the Paypal business account gets locked - with whatever money is inside.
